Your first visit, made easy

Muslim or not, first time or fiftieth, you are welcome at Madina. Here is everything you need to know before you come.

Parking: Spaces in front are limited. Park in the large commuter lot right next door, especially for Jummah, Ramadan and events.

What to expect when you arrive

i.Park next doorThe commuter lot beside the building has plenty of room.

ii.Shoes off at the doorShelves are by the entrance. The prayer hall is kept clean for prayer.

iii.Dress modestlyLoose, covering clothes. Sisters cover their hair inside the masjid.

iv.Ask anyoneWatch the prayer or join in. Someone will gladly show you around.

Do I need to be Muslim to visit?

No. Madina is open to all, and guests are always welcome.

When is the best time to come?

Any of the five daily prayers, or Jummah on Friday if you want to see the community at its fullest.

Can I bring my children?

Of course. Families are at the heart of Madina.
