As the parent/legal guardian of the child listed below, I hereby grant permission to him/her as a student to participate in all the activities of Madina Islamic Center, Taleemul Islam Program; weekday evenings and weekend classes. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages which may occur to this student in, on or about the premises of the said school, or arising out of its activities, and do hereby fully and forever release and discharge Madina Islamic Center, its members, its officers, its Taleemul Islam Program, weekday evenings and weekend classes and all associated with it, including teachers, administrators, and volunteers, from any and all claims, demands, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, whether same, be known, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of the student’s participation in the programs and activities of the aforesaid school. I further grant permission to provide emergency first-aid and/or hospitalization to the student listed below in case of injury or illness as deemed appropriate by Madina administration, the school or a physician. Any medical expenses incurred for medical treatment shall be my responsibility. Madina Islamic Center, its programs, teachers, administrators, employees, volunteers and associates are not responsible or liable, in any way for any student before or after official school/class hours.

Tuition is $75 per child each month. Once your child's place is confirmed, you will get a private link to set it up: automatic monthly payment on Stripe's secure page, or at the office.

Why do we need to register again?

Madina is moving from paper, cash and many payment apps to one system. It means fewer mix-ups, receipts for every payment, and closure and schedule updates that actually reach you.

Will my child keep their class and teacher?

Yes. Children already attending keep their place. Only a brother or sister who is new to Madina waits for the imam to confirm placement.

Do I have to pay online?

No. After registering you can choose automatic monthly payment by card or bank, or keep paying at the office. Autopay simply means you never have to remember.

Is my card safe?

Payment happens on Stripe, the same secure payment service used by millions of organizations. Madina never sees or stores your card number.

My phone number has changed. What do I do?

Register with your new number anyway. The office will match it to your family and confirm your place, usually within a day or two.
